Gunther Deichmann is an International multi-awarded Australian Photographer; his 11-page coverage for Stern Magazine Germany stopped the killing of wild Horses in Australia. His photos were not only seen in print but also on TV worldwide. Since then many other environmental related stories followed including the killing of Sharks for their fins.
His work has been featured in many International Magazines / Books: Stern, Spiegel, New York Times, Grand Reportage, VSD, GEO, Terre Savage, Figaro, Animan, National Geographic Traveler, Asian Geographic, French Geo, Bunte, National Magazine (South Africa) & many others including the cover of Time Magazine "Australia's Great Dry."

Author of 12 Books and in 2006 published his Book “Journey Through Color & Time”
In 2012 - he held his Solo Exposition in Paris France. “France-Les Voyages de Gunther”
Ambassador for Panasonic Lumix Cameras & lenses Asia/Pacific.

Dec. 2011- Gunther with Steve McCurry & Michael Yamashita was again on the Judging Panel & Celebrity Speaker for One Asia Festival in Singapore.
